Bears are basically just really really overfed dogs, right? So they're totally fine to snuggle I assume. I once saw a bear poking around the car parking lot while out hiking with friends. We all decided it was cool and that we didn't really need to get to our car any time soon. Little turtle fancies himself quite a terror though. Don't tell him otherwise, the kids dressed as wolves might sense weakness and pounce.
