The winter Olympics are upon us! I really like the winter Olympics. I remember watching them as a child, mostly the skating, and finding it extremely exciting. I think it was because the average figure skating routine is only a few minutes, so not long enough to get tiresome, yet exciting enough to want to watch another one. Watching someone wipeout during a routine was always the most crushing thing I could see and every dangerous leap and spin caused my heart to wait a beat for it to complete. Go team, go!
