The different levels of vegetarianism seem to be quite a barrier for some carnivores (mmm... burgers), but I've recently discovered there's a "cheat" level called "pescetarianism". Basically, you get to eat sushi for free. Yay! I think I could actually manage that. As to what the logic there is... I'd need to do more research. I'm guessing we don't feel as bad about eating ocean insects? Although in Anthony's case, I don't think we're talking about dietary concerns.
