Most consumable things seem to have an expiry date, but isn't it really only dairy products that actually become a problem after those dates? My potato chips usually have a green one in there even if they're brand new! Casper doesn't seem to think much of ketchup expiry dates. You haven't ignored a bottle's expiry date before, have you? "Best before" just means it's slightly less awesome after that, right?
