The cold hard reality of online school is that those beloved snow days disappear in an instant. You probably didn't even know it was a snow day until you heard about your friends taking the day off while you were in class. I think you still save way more time not being driven to school than you'd gain from those few days off, although the adrenaline rush of finding out the horrors of school will be deferred by 24 hours is pretty exciting. However, online school does have its own version of snow days. "The Internet's Down" days! Although this one is a lot less fun.
