He can't skateboard in the winter, sadly, so Aaron heads home through the wintry fields with his Christmassy candle. Candles aren't really the best flashlight. They drip on your hand if you try to aim them and they don't even make a cool light circle on people's faces when you shine it at them. How are you supposed to do any investigating with a candle?!
